Over 800 New Ability, Skills & Aptitude Tests Added to the People Central Portfolio
When we tell clients that we have the widest selection of tried and tested staff assessment and psychometric tools in New Zealand, we mean it; and to reinforce that message louder than ever, we have joined forces with Philadelphia based HR Testing and Assessment company Kenexa to add over 800 new titles to our portfolio in March.
Kenexa’s history is filled with awards and recognition as a global leader in people management and their products fit seamlessly with our goals of empowering businesses to make informed, objective decisions when recruiting and promoting talented individuals and teams.
Among the 800 titles are familiar skills tests in Microsoft Software along with IT Technical Tests, Call Centre, Industrial, Financial and Clerical assessments. Better still, all Kenexa tests can be conducted on-line removing the time and cost associated with getting candidates who don’t possess the basic skills required for the job to a pointless interview.
Whilst interviews only require candidates to talk about their skills, these assessments require them to prove those skills. How many times have you heard managers lament how a candidate said they could use their software at interview, only to discover a very different picture after the employment agreement has been signed? That risk can be wholly removed.
