Among the 800 titles are familiar skills tests in Microsoft Software along with IT Technical Tests, Call Centre, Industrial, Financial and Clerical assessments. Better still, all Kenexa tests can be conducted on-line removing the time and cost associated with getting candidates who don’t possess the basic skills required for the job to a pointless interview.
Whilst interviews only require candidates to talk about their skills, these assessments require them to prove those skills.
