Cognitive Reasoning Ability Testing Solutions & Sample Reports

We offer a full suite of leading-edge assessments that measure general reasoning, role-specific aptitude, and job-relevant critical thinking. This ranges from basic problem-solving and practical thinking tests for entry-level and operational roles, to numerical and verbal critical reasoning for specialist and managerial positions, through to complex abstract and strategic reasoning for senior executive functions.

General Reasoning Test (Adapt-g)

Adaptive tests are the next level in the evolution of testing people’s abilities and skills

The Adapt-g is specifically developed to assess verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning domains of ability.

Based on the latest and most sophisticated Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) technology, Adapt-g is an efficient way of yielding maximum information in minimum time. As the Adapt-g tailors itself to the level of the respondent, it is relevant and applicable to all ability levels. This means no more judgement- based decisions of which ability level assessment to use.

Adapt-g is useful for identifying employees who are likely to benefit from further training, those who demonstrate promotion potential and for assessing whether applicants have the minimum ability level necessary for a particular role. Given its unique design and advanced testing technology Adapt-g has been a game-changer in assessing cognitive reasoning capability and proving highly effective and popular in assessing Cognitive Reasoning Ability at all levels

Numerical & Verbal Critical Reasoning Tests (CRTBi)

Critical Reasoning is an ability that is central to all roles that require the person to take logical decisions based on complex text and raw data information, quickly and accurately.

Verbal reasoning is the ability to understand, interpret, and evaluate written information. It assesses how effectively someone can draw logical conclusions, identify key points, and make sound decisions based on text. Strong verbal reasoning supports communication, analysis, and decision-making in information-rich roles.

Numerical Reasoning measures the ability to work with numbers, data, and statistical information. It assesses how accurately and quickly someone can interpret numerical data, identify trends, and solve quantitative problems. Strong numerical reasoning underpins financial, technical, and analytical decision-making.
